Kimbra Davis serves as a Program Director for Revenue, Reporting, and Compliance Management (RRCM). The RRCM organization is charged with collecting, accounting for, disbursing, and verifying Federal and Indian mineral lease revenue and production in compliance with applicable standards and laws.
Prior to joining the Department of the Interior in 2009, Ms. Davis served as a Community Assistance and Technical Services Program Manager for the Department of Transportation's Office of Pipeline Safety. Ms. Davis began her career in the private sector and worked for over 14 years in leadership roles in engineering, operations planning, and project management with an international, integrated oil gas exploration and production company.
Ms. Davis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Oklahoma State University, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Denver, and a Graduate Diploma in International Development from the London School of Economics. She is a graduate of the John F. Kennedy School of Government Senior Executive Fellows program at Harvard University.
